Over Memorial Day weekend I was given two tickets at a Wilmington speed trap where the officer tried to ticket two vehicles at once (chased down the car in front of me and then when I went around chased me down). After contacting a few attorneys, all who said Wilmington was an aggressive speed trap town and there is little probability of success in fighting a ticket from them, I settled upon Evan Chadwick. He was forthright about my possibility of winning but I felt the officer’s story wasn’t totally correct so I decided to fight the two tickets, totaling eight points. Much to my surprise Evan was able to get both tickets dismissed.

Attorney Chadwick represented me after I was cited in the Plymouth VT area going through the speed trap there. I was cited going 57 in a 35 zone. After a missed court date, the traffic violation was reduced to violation of a civil ordinance which carries 0 points. I did have to to pay the $225 fine however.
